The publisher and scope

This website is published by Quivapickleparad Venue Research Ltd, company number 15420867, registered office: 35 Bridge Street, Birmingham B1 2JB, United Kingdom. Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected].

These terms concern access to the educational material and use of the browser-based note tool on quivapickleparad.store. The site does not sell tickets, provide live analytics or form a contract to monitor a venue.

Educational material, not venue advice

The articles explain general relationships between observations, models and human decisions. They are not safety, engineering, legal or data-protection advice for a specific deployment. Do not use an example, numerical illustration or general definition to authorise admissions, set a capacity, direct a crowd or replace an applicable venue plan.

Competent venue personnel and relevant authorities remain responsible for the assessments and decisions within their roles. AI-assisted observation is not a safety guarantee. For a live concern at a venue, use its official assistance channels and follow authorised staff instructions. This site is not an emergency or incident-reporting service.

Accuracy, currency and external references

We aim for clear and accurate explanations, but information can become incomplete or outdated as standards, laws and technology change. Check authoritative current sources and the requirements applicable to your jurisdiction and venue. We may revise or remove material without maintaining every previous version.

External links are offered for context. We do not control those sites or endorse every statement they contain. Named venues, organisations and standards are not affiliated with this publication unless expressly stated; references do not imply approval, certification or partnership.

Using the note tool

The contact tool prepares plain text locally. It does not send a message, create a reporting ticket or promise a response. Copying depends on browser permissions; downloading depends on your browser and device settings. You are responsible for reviewing the preview and for any email you separately choose to send.

Do not include unlawful material, identifiable crowd footage, personal records or sensitive security information. Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or distribute malicious code.

Copyright and reasonable quotation

Unless otherwise indicated, original editorial text and site presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to pages and use lawful quotations with appropriate attribution. Reuse beyond legal exceptions requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party names and materials retain their respective rights.

Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the publication or tool will meet a particular operational requirement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for loss arising from reliance on general educational material or interruption of access.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Applicable rules determine which courts may hear a dispute; these terms do not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent court.

We may update these terms as the publication changes. The current text applies to your use from its publication. For how information is handled, read the separate privacy notice and cookie and browser-storage information.
